Breathful provides a practical framework for users to engage in ten-minute sessions dedicated to mindfulness practice.

Users can actively monitor each session by logging "distractions." At the conclusion of a session, the log is archived with the date, time, and number of distractions recorded. Observing a decline in average distractions serves as an indicator of effective mindfulness practice.

Instructions for Using Breathful:

 <li>A new session begins by tapping on the timer circle, initiating a ten-minute countdown.</li>
 <li>If the user taps the screen at any point during the timer's operation, a "distraction" will be noted.</li>
</ul>
Note: Users have discretion in defining what constitutes a "distraction." It may be pertinent to consider whether minor distractions warrant recording, as this is subjective.
